Pre/post natal policy
PRENATAL CLIENTS
Prenatal clients are currently only permitted to attend reformer classes, following the requirements below. Mat-based classes (including yoga, barre, and mat pilates) are not available during pregnancy at this time.
To ensure a safe and supportive experience, prenatal clients may continue practicing with us only if they have completed at least 6 classes at Studio Lato prior to pregnancy.
Before returning to group classes, we ask that you:
Receive written approval from your doctor confirming that Pilates is a safe option for you during pregnancy
Complete a 1-on-1 prenatal session with us to review modifications and support your transition into classes
After your private session, you are welcome to join All-Levels or Foundations Reformer classes with Julia or Brittney.
Please note that Advanced and Jumpboard reformer classes are not permitted during pregnancy.
POSTNATAL CLIENTS
If you are returning to movement postpartum, we kindly ask that you receive clearance from your doctor before joining classes.
