Grippy socks help ensure your safety on the reformer as they give you better traction. They are also a more hygienic option than being barefoot. Lastly, they will keep you warm on our concrete floors.
We sell grippy socks for $12 if would like to purchase in the studio — warm, cute & safe!

We’re so excited to have you join us! We ask that all first time clients arrive 5-minutes early to receive a full introduction to the reformer.
If you run late, it is up to your discretion if you would like to join but the instructor is not able to provide an introduction once class has begun.
-
PRENATAL CLIENTS:
Prenatal clients can only join All-Levels or Foundations Group Reformer Classes after receiving verbal permission from a doctor and attending at least one private prenatal session at our studio to learn the required modifications. At this moment, we are putting on pause these one-time sessions as we expand the team.
We are working to introduce more options for pre/post natal clients soon —stay tuned!
POSTNATAL CLIENTS:
If you are recently postpartum, you must receive verbal permission from your doctor to return to physical exercise before joining our Group Reformer classes again.
If you are experiencing any postnatal conditions, we highly suggest waiting for our privates to be available for a more personalized class program.
-
If you have any injury or specific condition that requires modifications, you MUST receive verbal permission from a doctor allowing physical exercise prior to attending Group Reformer classes. If physical exercise is allowed but with certain modifications, these must be provided by a doctor and you must notify your instructor of these PRIOR to the start of class.
Please note that instructors are NOT medical professionals and cannot advise on injuries/conditions, but rather offer you alternative movements that are consistent with your doctor's guidelines.

Memberships and single classes are not transferrable and you can only book 1 spot in class at a time, so your friend would still have to book themselves in.
However, if you want to cover the cost of the class for your friend just reach out info@studio-lato.com and we can arrange that for you :)
